Food With A Purpose

Alfalfa Sprouts- very rich mineralization, produces a root that can reach a 100 ft. in to the earth. Cleans and tones the intestines, takes harmful acids out of the blood, contains 8 enzymes

Arame- highly concentrated in iron and calcium. Excellent for alleviating high blood pressure, builds bones, and prevents hair loss

Blue Corn- not hybridized, 21% more protein, 50% more iron, twice the potassium and manganese of yellow or white varieties

Brown Rice- concentrated in B vitamins, therefore beneficial for the nervous system, strengthens spleen-pancreas, soothes the stomach, expels toxins

Daikon- effective in reducing the toxicity resulting from over consumption of meat

Nori- high protein content, rich in vitamin A, B, and niacin, decrease cholesterol

Sea salt- alkalizing qualities helps to balance beans, peas, grains, meats
