Tempura Batter
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons kuzu slurry (mixed with a touch of water)
1 1/3 cups spring water
mix dry ingredients together, then add kuzu & water, and a few ice cubes
fry in unrefined Safflower oil @350 degrees
