Creamy Hummus With Roasted Garlic

3 cups chickpeas

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons umeboshi paste

4 cloves roasted garlic

2 tablespoons tahini

combine in food processor

juice of Meyer lemon to taste, also add olive in a gradual stream to achieve desired consistency
